Pursued the hint of certificates, turns out that an update released in 2011 for Windows 7 has set Windows 7 Certificate Authority certificates to be retrieved on a need basis, therefore the assumption is that, should the OneDrive setup need a particular CA certificate, Winsows 7 should be retrieving, so, that should not be a problemĬorruption of downloaded file moved the file to another computer, not Windows 7, but it runs, therefore, the downloaded setup excutable is not corruptĪs another note, I have something else going on that I beleive is related. Visited, unable to find a relevant answer Searched the error code online, many red herrings Please download and install OneDrive again, or search the forums on for the following error code. I am not sure if OneDrive support has been ceased on Windows 7 or whether there is something specific on my system, but I am unable to run the OneDrive install executable.
